The Role
As a Behaviour and Autism Support Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting students with autism and behavioural needs.
You will work 1:1 with students both inside the classroom and across the school setting, helping them to access the curriculum, develop social skills, and manage their behaviour effectively.
General
You will work alongside other support staff, teachers, the behaviour support team and Senior Leadership to help maintain and assist in providing a fun, creative, safe and inclusive learning environment for all learners.
