I am currently recruiting for a Personal Assistant (PA), to work at a health care provider based in Rotherham. You'll provide essential support to executives and teams. Your responsibilities will include: Executive Support: Assisting the executive team (currently a team of 3) with administrative tasks. Managing their calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence. Coordinating travel arrangements and organising events. Room Booking and Diary Management: Efficiently managing room bookings for meetings, conferences, and other events. Handling diary management for the executive team, ensuring appointments are scheduled and conflicts are resolved. Administrative Skills: Proficiency in using software tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and other relevant applications. Drafting emails, creating reports, and maintaining documentation. Skills required Excellent organisational skills. Experience of handling meetings including taking minutes Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask. Familiarity with office software (MS Word, Excel, etc.). The hours of work are full time (37.5 per week) and are either 8.30am to 4.30pm or 9am to 5pm.
