Grounds Maintenance Operative Hourly Rate: £12.00 Location: Hook Job Type: Ongoing We are seeking a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team in Hook. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about maintaining outdoor spaces and has a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate must hold a UK driving licence and be committed to safety and excellence in grounds maintenance. Day-to-day of the role: Work as part of a flexible team to perform grounds maintenance and handy person services according to agreed work schedules and standards. Carry out a range of landscaping and environmental improvement works including ground preparation, mowing, seeding, weeding, and planting. Undertake maintenance of flower beds and borders, pruning, leaf clearance, and other horticultural maintenance tasks as directed. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness across all sites. Take responsibility for the maintenance and care of tools. Use initiative and proactive thinking to support all maintenance functions. Perform additional duties as requested from time to time.
