My client in Plymouth is looking for an administrative support assistant to join their small but dynamic team. Your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative assistance to colleagues and their valued clients. Key responsibilities: Respond promptly and professionally to client enquiries via e-mail, telephone or in person Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings Calling clients to discuss acceptance of proposals Produce letters from template library software Organise and maintain files Data entry Collaborate with team members Assisting managers with client quotes, invoices and accounts submission, petty cash handling General administrative tasks Manage office supplies and equipment The person: Excellent attention to detail, accuracy is crucial Time management - ability to prioritise tasks effectively and meet deadlines Excellent at communications at all levels Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast paced environment Proficient in all Microsoft packages This is a full time position, 37 hours per week, full office based (parking provided), salary between £22500- £24000 DOE
