Job Description Out client is looking for a business admin apprentice to join their team who are experiencing exciting growth. Hardworking and reliable, a team player with a mature, positive attitude and a sense of humour. You must be able to use your initiative and be pro-active, with the ability to work under pressure. You must be friendly, courteous and professional with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, suppliers and colleagues. Duties Answering and making telephone calls Dealing with customer queries Communication by email Using bespoke IT package Booking in orders and chasing up paperwork Creating sales orders Filing Purchase ordering Ordering stationary Credit control General office tasks Required knowledge, skills or experience Ability to work under pressure Good work ethic Excellent time-keeping Must have good spelling, punctuation, grammar Confident Must ask for help when needed Preferably with a full driving license and car as some post office trips are necessary Hardworking and reliable Positive attitude and a sense of humor Able to use your own initiative and be pro-active Ability to communicate effectively with customers, suppliers and colleagues Additional Information Location: Newton Aycliffe Rate of Pay: £6.40 per hour Hours of work: 8:00am - 4:30pm This vacancy is being advertised on behalf of Gem Partnership Ltd who are trading as a recruitment business.
