Bolton Council are seeking a Debt Collection Administrator to provide clerical and administrative support associated with the collection of debts.
Day to Day of the Role
Provide clerical and administrative support to the team, including maintaining filing systems, responding to requests, setting up new accounts, and handling direct debits.
Raise invoices, credit and debit memos, and standing charges, ensuring the correct addition of VAT and interest, and processing refunds.

Bolton Council are looking for an Administrator, to assist the Business Manager in ensuring the SEND Assessment Service fulfils its statutory duties both effectively and efficiently.
What are your responsibilities
Provide advice regarding the EHC Needs Assessment process and the Annual Review process to the users of the SEND Assessment Service.
We are currently looking for immediately available administration and customer service temps with previous experience working in office-based roles to support some of our public sector clients in Bolton.
