Tenancy and Support Services Team Leader (Temporary to Fixed Term Contract)
You will assist the Tenancy and Support Services Manager to provide operational leadership and guide the team to deliver an excellent, customer focused housing management and support service for residents.
We are seeking a Tenancy and Support Services Team Leader for our local client based in central Southend.
This role is suitable for someone with experience working in a customer service/call centre role, resolving customer queries and complaints in a polite and friendly manner.

Main responsibilities will include the following
Dealing with order queries over the phone, via email and our customer relationship management system.
