Part time Temporary Customer Administration Assistant £11.44 - £11.79 p/h DOE Our client who is based in Norwich and supply a wide range of industrial products are looking for a Temporary Customer Administration Assistant for around 6 weeks. You will be working closely with the small team to provide general administration support for the Customer Service department. Duties include. Order Acknowledgements - checking that all details are correct; names address etc amending where required along with checking the lead times Customer service - updating customers on long lead times, contacting suppliers to find out when customers items(s) will be shipped and updating the customer Skills: You will have previous experience working in a busy administration and customer service role. You will be happy to pick up the phone when required to speak with suppliers and customers. Good attention to detail is a must to ensure that customer details and orders are correct. This role is office based and my client provides free parking, my client is flexible with hours for this part time role, they can be 4 - 5 hours a day Monday to Friday or if preferred 3 full days per week.
