We are currently recruiting for General Operatives – Interview process taking place 17th July 2024. Own transport essential due to location.
Your responsibilities as a General Operative:
Working for a busy car manufactures, you will be required to work in one of Three areas:
Body & Paint:
- Inspection and rework of car body parts
- Prepare body panels ready for the paint application
- Working with pre-coat treatments to ensuring a smooth application is completed, adhering to company standards.
Manufacturing:
- Manufacturing of aluminium components for bonded chassis as well as loose fit items
- Maintaining a clean production environment
- Running quality checks
Assembly:
- Assembling and fitting component parts to the required standard using various different hand tools.
- Supporting the team with future build rates
- Assisting with the assembling of engines, body parts and other relevant elements
Shift pattern:
- are to be confirmed - day shift or evening shift.
- Daily disturbance allowance available after completing full shift.
