As an Assistant Manager you are responsible for growing the lettings business in the local area with the acquisition of new business.
We have a fantastic opportunity to join us as our Assistant Manager for the Hampstead office.
You will be responsible for both creating new opportunities, along with managing and developing new landlord enquiries received into new instructions and ultimately new business.

You'll be dealing with all of your portfolio's property management queries throughout the duration of a tenancy and you must not only keep all parties well informed from move in to move out, but also deal with queries quickly and efficiently.
Your role is critical in providing a smooth letting / renting journey for our landlords and tenants.
If you have previous customer service experience; have a keen eye for detail and are good at multi-tasking then we would love to hear from you.
As an Assistant Depot Manager, you will support your Depot Manager with the day-to-day running of the depot, and you will always identify and suggest new opportunities to grow sales.
The support you offer your Depot Manager can range from reviewing the P&L to recruiting, leading by example, and motivating the team in order to achieve and exceed sales targets by building strong working relationships with the local trade.

The ideal candidate for the position of Assistant Lettings Manager will be extremely motivated and career driven, with experience in the current rental market.

You will need experience previously working as a Lettings Negotiator/Lettings Valuer, customer service and sales to be successful however, you just need to be passionate about the service you offer and bravely step out of your comfort zone to provide the best service, pride yourself on integrity and respect your peers by knowing you are working as one team to achieve the same goal.
