Established Hertford based organization have a newly created opportunity for an experienced Administration Manager to provide HR advisory support to Line Managers, lead the accounts team to provide financial information to the business and be responsible for the overall Health and Safety.
This is a fully office-based position, based in Hertford.
C. £35,000 - 26 days holiday plus bank holidays - Monday to Friday 35 hours per week (flexible working core hours 9.30am - 3.00pm) - Fully office based - Contributory pension scheme
In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts payable and receivable, as well as maintaining strong relationships with both colleagues and suppliers.
The Finance Assistant will be required to support the Finance team with all daily, weekly, monthly and annual finance tasks and procedures.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Day-to-day accounts payable duties ensuring entry of all purchase invoices/credit notes daily.
