Our well-Established Independent Managing Agent based in Loughton Essex IG10 are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their busy department on a 12 Month fixed term contract.
The successful applicant will be responsible for a portfolio of properties; therefore, they must be able to manage their own workload, keep on top of any issues and prioritise jobs as necessary.

You will work as a part of multi skilled team to support and deliver excellent student allocations service, support the University with proactive debt management by signposting and agree financial arrangements to support students in hardship.
The role is a key role to ensure the delivery of operational routines and administrative provision with guidance and support to enable an effective and efficient Allocations and Sales delivery to students, staff and customers.
The successful Admin Assistant will provide administrative support to the Operational Excellence Team and Operations Manager arranging program meetings / workshops, writing up of actions and notes, management of data team data bases.
