Our client is looking to hire an experienced Finance Assistant to join their team, this is a varied role which will give exposure to all elements of an accounts department.
Working as part of the accounts team the role will help ensure the smooth running of the accounts function within the business.
Due to the rapid expansion of our client and increased headcount, the finance team are looking to on-board a temp to support with meeting the demands of the business.
The role will primarily be to support the Purchase Ledger function, this includes coding and posting of invoices, processing expenses and credit card expenditure.

Responsibility for analysis of income, production of gift aid schedules, all aspects of the purchase ledger, ownership of petty cash, and supporting with month end postings and procedures for both the Charity and the Trading company.
Our client is seeking a detail orientated and organised individual to join their team as an Account Administrator.
As an Account Administrator you will be responsible for managing financial transactions maintaining accurate records and assisting with various accounting tasks.
This role will be considered as full time or part time (minimum of 32 hours per week).
