Purpose of the role
The purpose of the role is to provide quotations for New Business and Renewals to assist the Branch and be a referral point for the Assistants.
The role requires dealing with clients over the phone and via e-mail to ensure retention and sales targets are maximised, through the provision of efficient communication & negotiation skills.
We have an exciting opportunity for someone with excellent customer service to carry out administrative duties for our client, who is an established household name in insurance.
This is a full time role based in Ashford, however may be expected to cover sickness/holiday at Whitfield and Tenterden, so will need to be able to drive.
You will be working a 35 hour a week (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with an hour for lunch).
