Day to day duties will include: Processing and handling claims from inception to completion - supporting insurers and clients along the way with all relevant documentation and regular updates where required - you will also be expected to provide Claims Reports to clients and stakeholders of analyses of claims data, identifying trends, assess risk exposure and recommending measures to minimise future claims where possible.
