My client isseeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Administrator to support their specialised department in ensuring all regulatory, legal, and internal policies are adhered to.
As a Compliance Administrator, you will play a key role in managing and maintaining compliance with property regulations, auction rules, and industry standards.
You will work closely with the Auction and Compliance teams, ensuring that all transactions and activities meet legal requirements and internal compliance standards.
Ensuring candidate's audit documents are thoroughly checked to meet Adecco's compliance standards.
Requesting and obtaining adequate references.

This multi-site successful and professional business based in Wokingham are seeking an experienced Compliance Officer to join their team to ensure compliance and regulatory requirements are up to date and our communicated throughout the business.
Compliance Officer Responsibilities
Ensure that the business is completely compliant and research and investigate any issues that may arise.
Providing efficient and professional support to the business.
Oversee the monitoring, analysis and reporting of compliance performance (including all statutory reporting requirements) for the Asset Directorate, Executive team and Board as required.
Ensure we act in accordance with our policies and procedures in all aspects of compliance including issuing orders, data entry and monitoring, chasing certificates and remedial work.
Oversee data analysis including reconciliations, inspections, cleansing, transforming, and modelling data with the goal of, informing conclusions, and supporting decision-making in streamlining functionality.
