Due to ongoing expansion, our Corporate Finance Practice is now looking for an entrepreneurial individual to join their team as an Assistant Manager based in our Birmingham Office.
You will be a Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA) ideally with c.2 years Lead Advisory experience within M&A / Corporate Finance and will be looking for an opportunity to really accelerate your career within a fast-growing specialist advisory firm in this space.
Opportunity
This position will involve working on a wide range of corporate finance transactions including M&A deals (buyside and sellside) raising finance (both debt and private equity), MBO's, EOT's, shareholder restructurings and management advisory work.
