Our client, a reputable and thriving company, is seeking an ambitious and professional Office Administrator to join their team. This is a part-time role that has the potential to become a permanent position based on your performance. As an Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of the daily operations of the office.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the office, including managing correspondence, answering phone calls, and organising meetings.
  • Maintain and update filing systems, ensuring all documents and records are accurately recorded and easily accessible.
  • Sending out chasers for buisness
  • Responding to quotes
  • Assist with the preparation of documents, including drafting and proofreading, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role, preferably within the legal industry.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and excellent typing skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
