We are keen to find a new Customer Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal fit for this role will have a background in customer services and/or sales, and be confident speaking with and supporting our customers. But more important to us is finding someone passionate about delivering a positive customer experience that exceeds expectations. As a member of the Signwaves' team, you will receive ongoing training and support from day 1 to help you understand our business and to support your professional development. Skills and experience required Previous work experience within customer service and/or sales Experience with data entry or administration with an understanding of Excel and CRM systems preferred Good verbal communication and time management skills Computer literate and proficient in MS Office The role has a competitive starting package and clear opportunity to progress.
