We are currently looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team.
Assistant Store Manager - Cwmbran Store - Base salary of £24,000 with the potential to earn up to £34,000 with On Target Earnings - Deputising for the store manager, running the shift in their absence, training colleagues and helping our customers choose the right products for a great night's sleep!
You would play a significant role in helping us to achieve our vision, being a key player in moving our business forward, with your natural ability to set an example for the team to engage, inspire and offer advice to our customers to ensure they choose the bed that suits them best!

The postholder will have responsibility for support and supervision of staff, oversight of incoming children's contacts and decision making/management oversight of the screening of worries and support requests for children and young people.
This also includes the chairing of Strategy meetings for children who we have cause to believe have suffered or are at risk of suffering significant harm.
