As a Business Development Representative, you will be part of the wider Sales function within Access Group focusing on generating sales pipeline through prospecting outbound opportunities with the ultimate goal of closed won business.
This role will be responsible for capturing and documenting business processes, functional and non-functional requirements across software development projects within the Access HSC Local Government team, covering Children & Young People, Social Care and Finance.
These will be recorded via process maps, supporting documents, and resulting user stories in the development management system.
You are an experienced Technical Author with a passion for creating clear, user-friendly documentation that enhances the customer experience.
Your background in producing and managing technical content within a software environment has equipped you with the skills to translate complex information into accessible guides and articles.
Your role will include finding new business and cross sell opportunities and maintaining existing client relationships
