Game Artist - On-site: Ipswich, Suffolk What you'll do: Execute high-quality 2D projects, ensuring that they meet or exceed stakeholder expectations and are delivered on time and within budget. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including project managers, artists, game designers, and team leads, to ensure seamless project delivery. Actively stay up to date with industry trends and technology advancements, and continuously develop skills to enhance ability to deliver exceptional work. Collaborate with the Game Design Team and the Head of Product to develop and refine design concepts and provide creative input to the project vision. Work with development leads to develop project estimates. Contribute to the development and refinement of art processes and standards, and continuously look for ways to improve efficiency and quality. Interact with peers within the department and cross-functionally with other departments and external vendors, as well as negotiate and influence senior internal and external stakeholders. Be able to identify potential technical challenges ahead of time and provide accurate timelines for project completion. JOB REQUIREMENTS Who are we looking for? 3 years of professional experience in 2D art production. Strong proficiency in 2D design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects. Excellent artistic skills and a strong understanding of composition, colour theory, and visual storytelling. A proven track record of delivering high-quality work on time and within budget Amenable to work full time onsite - relocation assistance to Ipswich will be provided to the right candidates.
