The HR BP will be seen as the People Champion in the regional hub, accountable for all HR policies and processes, supporting the delivery of all aspects of the employee life-cycle (from recruitment & onboarding, employee development, performance management, engagement, reward , and employee relations) and helping to embed the company vision, values & purpose within the hub.

You will deliver pragmatic HR solutions to the exec management team, Working with the Group central HR function you'll be managing the implementation of people related plans to deliver sustainable, excellent performance by ensuring adequate numbers of trained, competent, motivated and engaged people in the organisation.
Some key responsibilities
Reward - working with the central reward team to ensure fair application of the strategy and managing the local review process to support line managers apply a fair approach.
Paying a basic of £24,000, with the opportunity to increase your earnings to over £32,000 and some of the top performers earn late £30's through upselling and cross-selling.
You will be working shifts between 08.00 - 19.00 Monday to Friday, a total of 40 hours per week.
You will ensure that customers are provided with the highest level of care and satisfaction whilst assisting with their digital service needs via various channels including live chat and WhatsApp.
