Due to the nature of the role and the industry you will be working in, you will be required to achieve UK BPSS & SC Clearance
As part of the programme integration team, supporting both UK industry and International Partners in creating, developing and deploying components of the Engineering Operating Framework and Governance System.
Support with all aspects of daily living Be a strong companion Accompany the client to physio sessions Support with personal care Provide regular prompts when it comes to personal behaviour
You'll need to have
Worked as a carer previously in the UK (Preferably atleast 3 months experience) Experience working closely with families of the supported (Preferred) Experience managing cerebral palsy would be beneficial but not essential Experience working with brain injuries would be beneficial but not essential Full UK drivers license is MANDATORY to be considered for this roleClinical experience would be beneficial but not essential, as you will potentially have to assist with various duties as well as personal care.
Shift Pattern: Your working rota will be fixed with a mixture of the following shift patterns: Monday to Saturday - 6am to 2pm, 10am to 6pm and 2pm to 10pm.
This is a prime developmental role, ideal for those who have a desire to work in a creative environment.
