Morgan Philips is searching for a Senior HR Advisor with strong experience of complex ER cases and TUPE to join a company in Hitchin for 9 to 12 months to cover a period of maternity paying up to £42,000pa plus £3k car allowance.
The successful Senior HR Advisor (Employee Relations) will need to be the knowledge expert to support both standard and escalated enquiries by providing business focused coaching and support for managers.
The successful candidate will be either immediately available or be on a short notice period.
