Our client, a well-respected independent Property Management firm is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their close-knit team and provide assistance on their new acquisition. This role will be varied however, the key objective will be to manage the portfolio, this must be achieved whilst maintaining the highest standard of customer service.
My client is offering the successful Property Manager the following:
- Upto £28,000 Salary
- Full Support from the directors
- 20 Days holiday + Bank Holidays
- Option for hybrid working after 12 months of employment

To be considered for the role of Property Manager you must have:
- Full UK Driving License
- Ability to work within a team
- ARLA Qualification is preferred however not necessary
- Strong Communication Skills, Both written and verbal
Key tasks for the Property Manager will include, but will not be limited to:
- Delivering outstanding customer Service
- Keep up to date with changing legislation.
- Liaise with third party suppliers to complete any work required
- Ensure all contacts are kept up to date
- Complete end-of-tenancy inspection.
