My client, a market-leader within the retail industry, is looking for an organised and meticulous Project Coordinator to support in the completion of large-scale projects within retail businesses across the country! My client is hiring on a full-time, permanent basis and are located in Runcorn. Benefits: Salary Between £23,000 and £25,000 per annum dependant on experience Holidays 20 days holiday plus bank holidays Working hours Flexible working hours are available and can be discussed on an individual basis, with the successful candidate working 7.5 hours per day between 7am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. Role Purpose: The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning and organising of resources and people power to ensure the successful completion of projects for the business. They will provide an excellent service from start to finish, liaising effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure specific goals and objectives are achieved. Key Responsibilities: Raise and issue IPO's for each engineer, ensuring this is communicated on time and followed up with accounts until the process is completed. Provide appropriate response and resolution to problems raised within the timeframes of the SLA by both engineer and trader. Provide support to the Account Delivery Manager by compliance with the department processes and any additional ad-hoc requests as required, including immediate escalation of any issues. Ensure that Field Engineers are provided with appropriate equipment, tools and stock to complete the jobs. Manage the tickets systems ensuring all tickets are answered and responded to within a set timeframe. Monitor, manage and support the quarantine process and database for allocated projects and ensure service levels are maintained and jobs do not go out of date, raising any concerns. Specification: Previous experience within a Project Coordinator position or similar role is essential Ability to solve problems and work on a multitude of tasks simultaneously Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle with excellent analytical skills Experience in Microsoft Office including Word, PPT and Excel.
