The Role: As a valued member of our team, you will:
- Inspire and engage students with SEMH needs through innovative and tailored teaching methods.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues and support staff to create a nurturing and enriching learning environment.
- Personalise learning plans to meet the diverse needs of students, ensuring each child receives the support they require to reach their full potential.
- Utilise your expertise to create a positive and inclusive classroom culture where all students feel valued and respected.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience working with students with SEMH needs.
- Passion for making a positive impact on the lives of young people with diverse learning needs.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Resilience, patience, and a compassionate approach to supporting students through their educational journey.
To be considered for this position you will:
- have previous school experience and be familiar with the SIMS system
- Be a committed professional
- Be an organised, enthusiastic proactive person
-Hold a child workforce enhanced DBS certificate which is on the update service, or be willing to apply for a new one (costs refunded back to you when you complete 20 days work)
-have satisfactory references
-have a CV must that covers the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any gaps in employment must be explained;
- Have the legal right to work in the UK.
