Supporting the development manager to build and maintain a community atmosphere on site.
Working in close conjunction and cooperation with resident committees or associations and proactively coming up with solutions to any issues that may arise.
Demonstrating values in all aspects of your work and communication, to naturally develop strong relationships and enhance work quality.
The purpose of the role is to manage the development from the brief preparation through to planning approval, bringing the development to the market, delivery of the project in consultation with construction departments, disposal by way of unit sales, lettings, and investment sales, and handover to the estates and asset management department.
This role will suit someone who has prior experience dealing with Local Authorities in a similar capacity, ideally with a planning background.

Identify and deliver on-going training needs to support the team, utilising appropriate internal and external methods and support as well as conduct frequent reviews with direct reports providing constructive feedback and coaching, ensuring KPI's and SLA's are met.
