Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Handyman to join our team, working on a residential development in Surrey.
The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining and repairing residential buildings and will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of the property.
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance tasks including minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
This is an initial 9-month contract, Inside IR35 and offering remote working.

The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will be travelling to different sites for a mixture of holiday home, high end leisure, and education projects where you will deliver a full cost management service.
The client you will be working for is a UKAS accredited Asbestos Specialist within the industry, most of their work will be based within London and some in Essex.
