My client are an interdisciplinary construction consultancy, based in Southwest London, known for their diverse client base, including Harrods and the National History Museum.
They are now seeking a new Intermediate to Senior Building Surveyor to join their close-knit team.

Role and responsibilities
As the successful Building Surveyor you'll have access to a wide range of project portfolio's across the retail, education, healthcare and public sectors, managing and delivering from inception through to completion.
- Design and specification of new structures and renovations.
- Preparation of specifications, obtaining tenders and preparing contract documents.
- Overseeing contract administration.
- Lead building surveying projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and client requirements.
- Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, contractors and regulatory authorities.
Person specification
- BSc/ MSc in Building Surveying (Ideally or RICS accredited degree)
- Either MRICS or equivalent level of experience
- Well-rounded experience, both professional and project services
- Public sector project experience would be beneficial
