What You Will Do: Utilise 3D/2D CAD Software for designing new tooling and fixtures, understanding work holding principles Develop manufacturing processes from concept to fully validated components Support the introduction of new products into production from initial concept phase to launch Interpret engineering CAD drawings, ensuring high quality standards and tight tolerances Transfer data from drawings to create BOMs and routings on an ERP system Formulate strategies for efficient and lean manufacturing processes Collaborate effectively with the production engineering team and operations staff What You Will Bring: An engineering degree or equivalent with proven experience in a similar role Exposure within Injection Moulding processes, tooling and equipment to support NPI activities Proficiency in reading and understanding CAD drawings A creative approach, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail The ability to work independently as well as part of a team As a Production Engineer - Injection Moulding, you will play a pivotal role in the development and manufacturing of a unique aircraft for the private market.
