HR Business Administrator Apprentice Full time, apprenticeship (up to 18 months) Become a Business Administrator within our fast-paced Human Resources team to learn and grow the skills that you need to realise your potential. From experience working a full-time role in the largest global organisation in the industry to gaining real-life experience and gaining a recognised qualification all while earning a generous wage. The apprenticeship with MSC really is the way forwards. The successful candidate will provide a high standard of administrative support to the HR Team across the whole of the MSC Group UK. This 18-month programme gives you the skills and knowledge within MSC to build a foundation to the career that you want. We believe the successful HR Business Administrator Apprentice should have the following personal qualities: Professional Self-motivated and proactive Able to use own initiative Adaptable Great Communicator Problem Solver Detail oriented Applicants who apply should hold a good level of English and Maths (GCSE 4 or above; Functional Skills L2) Have good understanding of Microsoft Office and Outlook. Preferred applicants will hold previous relevant professional experience, but this is not a requirement. What you can expect You will become a member of the Human Resource department and provide administrative support across several specialisms within the team. You will report to the Group People Services Manager and work alongside the experienced HR coordinators who will guide and teach you all the necessary skills required in the role.
