The purpose of the post is to work as part of Wakefield District Domestic Abuse Service (WDDAS) to deliver a help line and intake service, to provide initial contact, support and a consistent referral intake pathway for those wishing to access WDDAS.
You will be dealing with all incoming enquiries, discussing client requirements, inputting customer details into our CRM system, providing the appropriate information to customers, scheduling appointments and liaising with engineers the details of the clients' requirements and project specification.
The role is suitable for an organised and proactive person.
