We're looking for an experienced Senior Support Worker or Team Leader, to work in service for adults with learning disabilities and complex care needs in Shrewsbury.

To provide administration assistance to the Head of MFTS, Senior Managers and Management Assistant to support the smooth running of the management team, enabling them to carry out operations efficiently, safely and cost-effectively.
Responsibilities
Co-ordinate ongoing training requirements for AHUK personnel with internal and external training providers.
Maintain accurate time keeping records for the AHUK engineering and commercial teams.
Assisting with the day-to-day administration for the team, and provide support to senior colleagues dealing with various tasks to ensure the smooth running of the team.
