Our Client is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic IT Support Engineer (1st/2nd Line) to join our IT support team.
The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for providing first and second line technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.
Responsibilities
Provide first and second line technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
An opportunity has arisen within MBDA's Customer Support & Services (CSS) organisation for a Through Life Engineer to take charge of work packages associated with influencing product design for support and for developing cost-effective support solutions for our global customers.
Dynamic (hybrid) working: Where possible, we will seek to accommodate a blended approach to on-site and remote working.
Typically this role will require 1-2 days on site per week, with temporary deviations from this to be agreed with your Line Manager.
This is a fantastic role for a Software Architect or someone with strong software design skills looking to take the next jump in their career to becoming a Software Architect!
