Your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support and assist in leveraging data effectively within the department.
As a Junior Category Department Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Category Department during a transition to new systems.
This is a large-scale retail organisation based in Chessington.
As the Junior IT Support Analyst, your role will be thefrontline of the IT support desk and will be required to take the information of incidents either by phone, email or face to face and log this via the ServiceNow portal for escalation.
This role would suit a recent IT graduate or someone with up to 6 months IT Support experience with great customer service skills.

IT Support Analyst required on an initial 3 month contract based in the Royal Borough of Kingston to provide end-to-end resolution over the phone, email, face to face and via Service Now.
This role also has an opportunity to potentially become permanent.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required
At least 3 years in a Technology Support role (2nd-line support).
