Key Responsibilities: Processing invoices and expense reports
This role is ideal for someone with prior experience in an AP position who can hit the ground running and support our finance team with regular AP duties.
The AP Clerk will be primarily focus on management and coordination for accounts payable activities for the UK business.
Alexander Daniels is currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable Clerk on behalf of a leading business in Birmingham.
In addition to standard accounts payable activities the duties will include global monthly reporting, management of creditors and KPI reports, as well as regular collaboration with Senior Management and other departments regarding all accounts payable matters.
Employing around 13,600 colleagues across 16 manufacturing units and 17 distribution depots across the UK.

Your new role
You will be a subject matter expert and will be expected to support the delivery of AP services to the wider business.You will be responsible for non-routine activity such as Quality Assurance, management of escalations, direct contact with suppliers and approvals management.
