We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to join our Business Change team to successfully deliver our projects and continuous change delivery plan.
This role will take responsibility for the management and coordination of all business analyst activities from assessing business requirements for change, producing test plans, managing risks, right to implementation of projects and delivery of change within the agreed time scales.
This role requires an experienced Business Analyst with high levels of resilience and a drive as well as an excellent communicator with great attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
Investigating and resolving customer problems, which may include issuing refunds, arranging returns, or escalating issues to the appropriate department.
Raising customer sales orders and supplier purchase orders on our internal system, ensuring all data entered is accurate.

Carry out reminder calls to customers for appointments
To co-ordinate and oversee the day to day operation of the Assessment Centre, managing sessions to optimise productivity and customer service, meeting and greeting all customers and visitors and working with clinical colleagues to ensure smooth running of assessments across all relevant channels.
