Recruiting for experienced Protection Advisors across the UK for a remote role, where all leads are supplied.
Working from reliable lead sources, you will be required to provide tailored advice to clients taking great care and ensuring outstanding customer outcomes.
The role will entail proactively managing the appraisal/valuation process, this will be inclusive of: Obtaining the best and most relevant third party estate agents appraisals and RICS surveys and your own desk based local market research.
With this evidence you will then prepare the Initial Marketing Reports for clients, an overview of a price and marketing strategy in line with the different clients SLA's.
Thereafter, you will manage a portfolio of cases, negotiate sales through to successful exchange and completion aiming to achieve the very best possible price in a prompt turnaround timeframe.
