DV Cleared 2nd line helpdesk

Interquest have a need for an experienced 2nd line help desk analyst that holds current DV clearance and has worked supporting central government clients.

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft O/S and applications, including but not limited to Windows Server, Exchange, SQL, Windows 10, Office365 plus general networking technologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with exemplary customer facing skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills. Able to conduct analysis, draw persuasive conclusions and present recommendations which can be understood clearly at all user levels.
