Job Purpose
Supporting the Account Manager managing day-to-day customer accounts in a customer intimate' environment.
Book renewal reviews for agents and account handlers within prescribed timelines.
Prepare documentation packs for renewal reviews in a timely manner.
Job Role
You will be working closely with the Agents and Account Handlers, booking review appointments, preparing documentation packages and working with members of staff to complete the post review reports and amendments.
