Commercial Assistant

Job Role:

You will be working closely with the Agents and Account Handlers, booking review appointments, preparing documentation packages and working with members of staff to complete the post review reports and amendments.

Job Duties:

  • Book renewal reviews for agents and account handlers within prescribed timelines
  • Prepare documentation packs for renewal reviews in a timely manner
  • Prepare compliance reports, monitor work actions with underwriter and validate any changes with the account handlers
  • Execute tasks/projects as assigned by the Office Manager
  • Take incoming calls and passing on key details to the relevant personnel

Requirements:

  • Ideally 2 years of office experience
  • Strong problem solving and planning skills with an excellent ability to manager multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Develops strong partnerships; recognised as a team played
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and Excel
  • Minimum of grade 4 in GCSE Maths and English
