As part of our expansion, we are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Outbound Sales Agent to join our team. As an Outbound Sales Agent your key responsibilities include: Conducting outbound calls to dealerships across the UK. Promoting our financial service of bespoke Car Finance. Identify potential clients and assess their financing needs. Present our solutions persuasively, emphasizing the benefits. Handle objections and address inquiries effectively. Maintain accurate records of interactions in our CRM system. Collaborate with the payout team to achieve targets. Strive to exceed sales goals and contribute to revenue growth. Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product offerings. Requirements of an Outbound Sales Agent: Proven experience in Outbound sales or cold calling. Excellent communication skills and a confident phone manner. Ability to build rapport and establish strong client relationships. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets. Proactively seek and cultivate relationships with potential landlords, securing business and assisting them with listing their properties under the company's management. Maintaining an up-to-date database of potential tenants, coordinating property viewings, and providing constructive feedback to landlords will also be part of your duties. You'll facilitate negotiations between landlords and tenants, striving to reach mutually agreeable terms, and overseeing pre-tenancy checks. Skills & Attributes Ideally 2 years' experience in a sales negotiator position. Full UK driving license. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Able to build rapport and the ability to maintain professional relationships with different demographics and age groups. Proficiency in managing sales processes. Collaborative mindset, able to work closely with a dynamic team. Customer service-oriented with a keen eye for lead generation. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Hours of Work 9am - 6.30pm: Monday - Thursday Early Finish Fridays Saturday working (1 off per month) Lieu day back during weeks that a Saturday is worked.
