Job Title: Sales Negotiator
Salary: Up to £25,000 OTE £35,000-45,000 + Mileage + Benefits
Location: Hendon
Hours: Monday-Friday: 9-6.30/9.30-7 & early Friday finish. 4 hours required every 2nd Saturday.
My client is looking for a Sales Negotiator to join their team, this role will offer lots of progression and for the right. They are looking for someone who is hardworking, and target driven. The ideal candidate will be one who has had previous experience working in a similar role, with a proven track record of hitting sales.
Duties:
- Telephone and face to face sales
- Marketing & advertising properties
- Organising & conducting viewings
- Negotiating and agreeing offers
- Sales progression
Attributes:
- Minimum 6 months' experience in Estate Agency, ideally 1+ year
- Motivated & target-driven
- Excellent customer service
- Driving license & own car
