Sales & Marketing Officer - Housing / Property Chester - Agile Working with travel to other sites £35,254.63 per annum plus Car Allowance £3,803.63 Full Time (35 hours per week) Temporary - Maternity cover up to 12 months About you We have an exciting opportunity for a flexible, dedicated and customer focused individual to join our Home Ownership Team. You'll lead on the delivery of our growing sales programme for Shared Ownership and any other sales related products offered by Muir. You'll be able to: Market, sell and progress sales of new shared ownership homes, rent to buy homes and other asset disposals across multiple developments with a clear focus on off plan sales. Carry out plot sales viewings, property inspections, completion visits and attend handovers as required across Muir's geographical area. Liaise with key stakeholders including Estate Agents, Solicitors, Independent Financial Advisors and other external agents ensuring successful programme delivery. Follow up all sales leads through a range of media providing an efficient and excellent customer focused responsive service. Manage the sales programme ensuring sales and marketing is aligned with scheme handover dates. You'll have: Demonstrable experience in property sales and digital marketing Exceptional communicator, customer focused and willing to go that extra mile to meet our customers' needs Strong pc skills including outlook and word with exceptional attention to detail, able to multi- task and effectively prioritise a busy workload A pro-active, can-do, positive attitude and a commitment to improving service, with a flexible approach including willingness to travel across our operating area You will need to hold a full driving licence and have access to a car for work purposes. You will be required to drive to the North (Lancashire) and East (Cambridgeshire) of England once or twice a week as required.
