Within this role as a Sales Negotiator you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with both vendor and purchaser, booking viewings, generating market appraisals, conducting viewings, negotiating the sale.
A leading, reputable, multi-office Estate Agency is currently looking for a Trainee Negotiator, an individual to work in their busy residential sales department.
You will have sales or customer service experience and a great positive attitude.
You will need be highly motivated, well-presented, driven, and a good all-rounder who wants to start a long-term career in property.

A basic of up to £26,000 for the right person with a fabulous, deomnstratable OTE of £40,000 (average yearly comms of 15k per annum)
