Role - Senior Sales Negotiator
Full Job Description
Are you a motivated and dynamic professional with a passion for the property industry? Are you looking for an exciting new opportunity with a trusted and experienced estate agency? If you have a proven track record in property sales, listing, and valuing, and at least 3 years of experience, we want to hear from you.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 9am - 6pm
Saturday: 9am - 4pm (with one weekday off)
Salary:
£22,500 - £25,000 per annum (basic salary)
Commission: 10% on listings, 10% on sales

- Identify suitable properties for potential buyers.- Generate leads and secure new property instructions.- Maintain regular communication with vendors and buyers.- Negotiate and close deals between vendors and buyers.- Canvass for new properties.- Conduct property viewings and market appraisals.Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in property sales, listing, and valuing.- Strong written and verbal communication skills.- Exceptional customer service abilities and the capacity to build rapport with clients.- Efficient problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.- Ability to prioritize and manage a busy workload effectively.- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.- Full UK driving license.Join us at Bricks Estate Agents and elevate your career to the next level.
