We have an exciting opportunity After Sales Administrator based in Biggleswade for one of our clients on a full-time 12-month fixed-term contract basis.
Our client are a large, growing and reputable manufacturer and supplier of construction equipment on a national and international scale.
The TCO team is in charge for After-sales contracts and connectivity for my client's vehicles.
The company manage a profitable business in M&R and Connectivity services, in terms of revenues and customer after-market retention.
It is the business's responsibility to manage the relationship within Company, Dealers, and final Customers, aimed to maximize Customer satisfaction in relation to our M&R and Connected services products.
