My client, a leading public sector organisation, is currently recruiting for an IAG Advisor in Barnsley (S70).
You will provide support to local unemployed, economically inactive and in work residents and help them progress towards a positive destination (employment, education, training or volunteering).
The role will be to support the UKSPF funded Employment and Skills Project- South Yorkshire, hence their will be a requirement to complete registration paper work with each resident and produce a SMART action plan which helps them to address their barriers to progression.

The purpose of the Quality Assurance Advisor is to complete regular quality assurance activity on the Flexible Recruitment processes, focusing on the end-to-end order to invoice process of flexible resource, provided by Angard.
You will also support the development of systems, processes and policies as we develop this side of the team and create a robust governance framework for Flexible Recruitment.
Through regular checking and governance of the processes you will identify areas of non-compliance and liaise with the business and our external providers to rectify process failures and recover any financial loss.
We are working with a chartered financial Planning firm in Bristol who are looking develop an ambitious IFA Administrator or Paraplanner over the next 12 - 18 months to become a fully qualified IFA.
The other 2 days will be spent studying towards qualifications and in advisor training to develop your skills.
This opportunity will see you working closely with the Chartered Financial Planner, 3 days per week will be spent supporting with technical administration, and sitting in on client meetings to get to know the systems and clients.
